How can I become a part of the Touring Arts Roster?
Professional performing artists, ensembles or groups residing in King County are eligible to audition for inclusion in 4Culture's Touring Arts Roster. Artistic disciplines include music, dance, theatre and spoken word performance.
The live auditions take place annually in late summer/early fall and an Intent to Apply form will be available here prior to the audition.
The most recent round of auditions took place at Carco Theatre on Saturday, August 7th, 2010. A peer panel evaluated 19 artists and groups for booking readiness. The new additions will be added to the online Roster in January 2011. Continue to check back here for updates and enhancements to this directory, or contact Doreen Mitchum for more information:

Eligible Applicants must:
- Reside in King County, with mailing address in a King County District
- Have paid professional experience in performances, readings, or workshops
- Have high quality promotional materials
- Be available to present 30 minute to 1 hour programs appropriate for audiences of all ages
Judging Criteria:
- Artistic merit and professionalism
- Quality of audition presentation
- Quality of promotional materials
