Funding Programs

Preservation 4Culture administers two funding programs designed to assist owners of designated historic properties with repairs and rehabilitation. Support is available for planning and design, constructions materials and labor, and permits and fees.

The grant programs are:

  • Landmark Rehabilitation Program: The LRP funds the stabilization, rehabilitation, and restoration of designated King County landmark properties.
  •  
  • Landmark Challenge Grants program: The LCG program funds highly visible "bricks and mortar" projects on designated landmarks in every community, including the City of Seattle. There is $10,000 minimum request, and a cash match is required.
