Grants of up to $5000 are available to digitize historical public records. Digital copies will be provided to the grant recipient and mounted on the Washington State Digital Archives website, thereby improving preservation and increasing public access.
The application deadline is Monday, May 16, 2011. The WSHRAB 2011 Digitization Guidebook and Application can be found at: www.sos.wa.gov/archives/wshrab.aspx.
