Bellevue is building the city of the future. We are Seattle’s biggest, most future-focused neighbor, and host major cultural pillars like Bellevue Arts Fair, Bellevue Arts Museum, Bellwether Arts Week, KidsQuest Childrens Museum, and Wintergrass Music Festival, among many others. Our welcoming, multicultural, innovation-focused community attracts technology pioneers, outdoor enthusiasts, and family-focused professionals from around the world. Nearly 40% of Bellevue residents are foreign born, enriching our community and providing our economy with a global edge. We offer a diverse population, transit-connected neighborhoods, an engaging community, and a solid platform for growth. You will be continually exposed to bright minds and world-class thinking.
Working under general direction from the Chief Economic Development Officer, you’ll manage the City’s Arts Program and be the main point of contact at City Hall for artists, cultural organizations, and creative businesses. Bellevue is home to an impressive community of local businesses focused on art, architecture, craft, design, music, performing arts, and the digital arts.
Ideal candidates have strong skills in collaboration, project management, grant administration, public speaking, and a spirit of creativity. We’re looking for a jack-of-all-trades–someone quick on their feet, ready to coordinate many different programs and services at once. Join us in building a diverse, resilient, and creative community in Bellevue.
