The Executive and Trustee Associate (ETA) provides exceptional administrative support to the Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, the Board of Trustees, and staff leadership. The ETA handles details of a confidential and critical nature, coordination, and communications. They foster a strong relationship with our Trustees and assist staff leadership with building working relationships across our diverse network of stakeholders. The ETA also provides special project support as needed.
Eligibility
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience required, preferably in an executive support role.
• Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to interface effectively with all employees.
