Operations Coordinator

  • Budget: $38,400 - $46,400 annually with employer-paid benefits
  • Eligibility: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new tools. Familiarity with processing payments, preparing deposits, and tracking expenses. Experience working with databases and file-sharing systems. Strong attention to detail. Ability to coordinate logistics for meetings and events. Strong communication skills and the ability to be kind and welcoming. Ability to exercise independent judgement in managing daily workload and remain accountable to completing tasks.

Position type: Full-Time at 32 hours/week, Overtime-eligible
The Operations Coordinator is essential to keeping Artist Trust running smoothly and our team connected. This role supports the behind-the-scenes systems that make our work possible, including managing our Capitol Hill office, supporting finance, IT, and HR functions, maintaining records, and coordinating with our Board and external partners. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a collaborative spirit and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. If you love creating systems, supporting others, and making things work better, this is a great opportunity to help keep our mission moving forward. The Operations Coordinator reports to the Finance & Operations Director.
