Technical Production Lead

• Budget: $28.85 - $31.25 hourly ($60,000 - $65,000 annually)

The Technical Production Lead supports the Technical Director in managing all technical aspects of productions, events, and facility operations. This role oversees day-to-day technical operations, assists in crew supervision, and ensures that performances, rehearsals, and special events run smoothly. The Technical Production Lead helps maintain high-quality technical standards while upholding the organization’s mission and safety protocols.

The Technical Production Lead is a key member of the Performing Arts production team, reporting directly to the Technical Director.
