Thur Nov 21 at 8 & 9:30pm – Latin Jazz Fans get your fix tonight with Sonando at Tula’s, featuring: Fred Hoadley (piano & tres), Ben Verdier (bass), Tom Bergersen (congas & percussion), Ricardo Guity (bongos & percussion) & Jim Coile (saxophone & flute).


Thur Nov 21 at 6 & 8pm – Maximilien and Rouge pair up at the Pike Place Market’s Atrium to celebrate the 2013 Beaujolais Nouveau! Enjoy a glass and be transported by nostalgic & modern French cafe music–Edith Piaf to Zazie + Rouge originals. Fri Nov 22 at 8pm – Before it officially opens, catch the preview performance of Taproot Theatre Company’s holiday play with music: Le Club Noel. Romance, political intrigue, and Christmas circa 1930’s Parisian Cabaret. $20+


Sat Nov 23 at 3pm – Every fourth Saturday, Living Voices presents a solo performance of their historical repertory theater at MOHAI. “Within the Silence” tells the story of one Japanese American family’s fight to sustain faith and love during the tragic experiences created by Roosevelt’s Executive order 9066 that  imprisoned thousands of innocent citizens. Free with Museum Admission.


Sat Nov 23 at 3pm – In conjunction with “Hope In Hard Times,” the traveling exhibit exploring Washington during the Great Depression, ukulele virtuoso, Del Rey plays songs from the 1930s at the Burien King County Library. Free.


Sun Nov 24 at Noon – After a brief rest from the madness called Oktoberfest, Smilin’ Scandinavians makes a special appearance at the Nordic Heritage Museum’s Yule Fest. Discover why they have become known as one of Western Washington’s best polka bands!


Sun Nov 24 at 3pmAunt Dottie’s Sing-Along Cabaret (5th Anniversary) at Renton Civic Theatre – Not your mama’s cabaret, Aunt Dottie and her Nephew Aaron bring their unique brand of entertainment full of improv, comedy & music. Celebrating five years on stage together, this will be a raucous, rowdy interactive show appropriate for ALL AGES and full of surprises. $10/$15.


Sun Nov 24 at 7pm The Lonely Coast performs a special set of Americana, country and folk tunes accompanied by the fiddle and vocal styling of Annie Ford at ArtSpace at Hiawatha Lofts.
