Here & Now brings together a selection of paintings, photographs, prints, sculpture, and mixed media artworks recently acquired for the King County Public Art Collection.

For nearly fifty years, 4Culture has placed original works of art in civic spaces—from health clinics, courthouses, and community centers to offices, transit facilities, and other public buildings. The Collection continues to grow through periodic open calls, with new acquisitions selected by review panels composed of county staff and arts professionals.

These pieces rotate to new locations over time, creating opportunities for unexpected encounters with contemporary art in the places where people access services, work, learn, and gather.
