Radial Drift

A home, a respite,

a nest or a perch.

High above mists, or

pitched towards the earth.

How many places have you

sat yourself down,

turned face under wing, while

winds battered around?

Warm to the morning

rouse body from bough.

Where is the seasonal light

pointing you now?
