Position Overview
The Marketing & Communications Manager leads all external communications, developing a bold, youth-centered voice. The role manages teen interns, drives creative campaigns, increases partner visibility, and communicates impact to the broader community.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain TeenTix’s youth-centered voice and consistent brand across platforms
● Co-create messaging with staff and teen contributors for both youth and adult audiences
● Produce compelling digital/print content: social media, newsletters, web, flyers, blog posts, video
● Manage and mentor teen content creators and interns
● Lead strategy, design, and day-to-day management of social media; grow engagement using analytics and feedback
● Oversee email marketing, website updates, press, and media relations
● Design creative campaigns to increase TeenTix Pass sign-ups and participation
● Represent TeenTix at events and support community/partner outreach
● Support fundraising communications and donor engagement with the Director of Philanthropy
