Education & Engagement Programs Manager

FLSA Classification: Full-time, Salary Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $60-70k, overtime eligible after 40 hours within a work week

Work Location: Downtown Seattle. The 5th Avenue Theatre Company administrative office
is located within Skinner Building (1326 5th Avenue, Suite 735). This position requires
onsite engagement but is eligible for occasional remote work with supervisor approval.

Position Summary:

The Education & Engagement Programs Manager collaborates with the Education &
Engagement team to manage programs and partnerships that advance and deepen The
5th’s strategic goals. Serving as a key liaison, this role connects The 5th with students,
families, local schools, school districts, educators, teaching artists, community
organizers, community organizations and partnerships, and more.

The Programs Manager will manage and support impactful programs fostered within the
foundations of equity, anti-racism, and social justice. This position drives both internal and
external programming, overseeing essential administrative and operational logistics,
including contract management, event and program execution, recruitment support, and
data/file system maintenance. This position requires some evening, weekend, and special
events work.
