Eligibility: In order to qualify for the Vietjoy Pop-Up Artist Showcase, please check to see if you meet the follow criterions: - Be ages 18+ - Be a local artist based out of the Pacific Northwest Area - Southeast Asian American Descent/Background - Meet the follow deadlines to submit artwork for Heritage Circle by October 12th - Portfolio of 1-3 artwork pieces submitted (No AI artwork permitted)
PeaceTrees Vietnam – headquartered in Seattle, Washington, and Quảng Trị Province, Vietnam – is an organization dedicated to addressing the legacy of the U.S-Vietnam War through mine action, community assistance, and citizen diplomacy. In partnership with Vietnamese leadership and local communities, PeaceTrees safely clears land of explosive remnants of war and supports community-led education and economic development initiatives so that future generations can thrive.
This application is for artists who would like to submit artwork for the PeaceTrees Vietnam Heritage Circle – VietJoy Art Pop-Up Showcase. For additional information, please visit: https://linktr.ee/vietjoyart
Applicants are invited to create artwork that explores or reflects PeaceTrees Vietnam’s work on addressing the impacts of the U.S.-Vietnam War through the themes of Peace and Healing for the Vietjoy 2026 Art Pop-Up Showcase.
Timeline
Application Deadline: August 28th, 2026 at 11:59PM PDT
Artist portfolios will be reviewed by the selection panel.
Notification of Acceptance: September 7th, 2026
Selected artists will be notified of their acceptance into the showcase.
Artwork Submission Deadline: October 12th, 2026
Accepted artists must submit their completed physical or digital artwork.
Showcase Event: October 16th, 2026 (Friday) from 10:00AM-3:00PM PDT
The showcase will be held at Little Saigon Creative space provided by Friends of Little Saigon (FLS)
