About the Program

County Connected is an interdisciplinary initiative focused on investing in the people who lead and sustain the culture and science sectors. Support focuses on the success and sustainability of an organization, Tribe, or individual practitioner, rather than specific programs. Through capacity building and cultural support services, we intend to help organizations, Tribes, groups, and individuals enhance their ability to fulfill their missions or purposes. A thriving, sustainable workforce strengthens the arts, culture, and science ecosystems and in turn, improves the cultural and science experiences available to the residents and visitors of King County.

Who is this Program For?

Artists, educators, administrators, scientists, volunteers – individual cultural practitioners who lead and sustain the culture and science sectors. Cultural and science organizations and Tribes that need nurturing to support your growth and impact.
