Eligibility: What We’re Looking For -Has experience working in a ceramics studio or is comfortable learning technical studio processes. Specifically with firing kilns and mixing glazes. -Enjoys working with students, young people, and work study crews -Is comfortable balancing hands-on physical work with administrative and computer-based tasks -Has strong communication and organizational skills -Is collaborative, flexible, and willing to pitch in where needed -Saturday afternoon availability is important

-2 weeks of paid time off a year.
-Access to add your own work to bisque firings and glaze firings in the studio.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on Studio Technician & Youth Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time position that combines studio maintenance, working with students, and one day a week of youth programming and administrative assistance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative, community-oriented environment and is comfortable moving between hands-on studio tasks and office-based work.
