The Tukwila Teen Art Collective (TTAC) is seeking an experienced, creative and community-minded Program Coordinator to guide teens through collaborative art projects, leadership development and meaningful community engagement.
TTAC reflects the City of Tukwila’s commitment to youth arts education and leadership opportunities. The program empowers young people to express themselves, build connections and contribute to Tukwila’s cultural life. The collective grew from the Tukwila Arts Commission’s 2024 Strategic Plan.
Eligibility:
- At least one year of experience working with teens.
At least two years of project-management experience.
Experience with community outreach, including tabling, relationship-building and collaboration.
Availability every other Tuesday from 3–5 p.m.
Strong group facilitation and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative approach and openness to others’ ideas.
Commitment to a “no bad kids” framework and strengths-based youth development.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines
