Project Grants

4Culture Project grants fuel the experiences that shape the cultural life of King County.

Your creative work might look different this year, but 4Culture Project grants can still help you put your ideas in motion and share them with King County. We award Project grants in three disciplines: arts, heritage, and preservation. Make sure to read the guidelines carefully, as they each have slightly different requirements.

Update for 2021: due to the economic impact of COVID-19, our Lodging Tax revenues are significantly reduced for 2021. Unfortunately, this means that the amount of funds available for Project grants this year is lower than previous years. Learn more about our 2021 budget from our Executive Director, Brian J. Carter.
